My office \/ college days and my days off are quite different. While on a typical day I remain busy at the office \/ university, most of the time I stay home during my days off. The routines are also quite different. vacations, my routine changes and they are quite different from other busy days.<\/p>\n<h2>Tell me about your typical weekday and your typical weekend.<\/h2>\n<p>Well, on a typical weekday, I get up early in the morning, shower, and have breakfast. Then I hurry for my office \/ class and the bad traffic kills some time on the streets. After reaching the office \/ university, I need to focus on my work \/ studies and classes and I return home around 6:30 pm. I have dinner around 8:30 p.m., read the daily newspapers or a book, watch the news channel and surf the Internet. I study \/ spend time with my family until 11:30 am and then prepare to go to bed. I usually sleep around 12:30 pm and always try to read something or listen to music before I sleep. When I have an exam \/ office appointment I study \/ work late into the night.<\/p>\n<h2>When do you wake up?<\/h2>\n<p>Well, I&#8217;m an early riser and I wake up around 5 o&#8217;clock. Getting up early not only makes me feel refreshed and productive, it also prevents my skin from wrinkling.<\/p>\n<h2>What is your daily routine?<\/h2>\n<p>Well, I get up early in the morning for a light breakfast and go to the gym around 8am. After an hour of training, I leave the health club and go to the supermarket to buy food, prepare lunch and dinner. In the afternoon and evening, I go to my workplace and start work from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<h2>What part of the day do you like most?<\/h2>\n<p>I enjoy late at night when I get home from work, and everything is filled with a dim gray light. For me, it is a good time to rest in bed to chat with my roommates, surf the Internet, listen to music or watch a favorite movie.<\/p>\n<h2>Do you think it is important to have a daily routine?<\/h2>\n<p>If it is. A proper daily routine will help you organize your activities in the most sensible way. Without a daily routine, people tend to do things spontaneously, which could waste time and reduce your work efficiency. I think the disorganized can do it. get more benefits by creating a daily routine.<\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s the difference of routine between you and your teenager\u2019s times?<\/h2>\n<p>Well I can say that there is a big difference between my life then and my current life, you know, when I was a teenager, besides focusing on studying, I had a lot of free time to pursue my interests like watching movies or listening to music. Instead, my routine and time management have gotten more strict now, since I graduated from university and started working as an English teacher, I am so busy with my work that I have little free time.<\/p>\n<h2>What is the busiest part of the day for you?<\/h2>\n<p>The afternoons are the busiest time of the day for me. I work for a UK company and my day starts at 2pm. At 3 p.m. I get bombarded with customer calls and emails and don&#8217;t have time to breathe.<\/p>\n<h2>Do you usually have the same routine every day? (or) Do you usually do the same things at the same time each day?<\/h2>\n<p>Most of the time yes. I&#8217;m an early riser even though I go to bed late.
